THE MAJOR DANGERS OF A SECOND HAND SMOKER

Most people do not smoke by themselves but are passively  enjoying smoking whiles being around friends, parents, lovers  and sibblings who smoke .Someone else smoke could hurt your  heart and  blood vessels.Smoking actively or passively makes  the blood sticker, raises your "bad" LDL  cholesterol and  damages the linning of blood vessels.Eventually these changes  make you likely to  develop high blood pressure and its related  complications such as heart diseases and stroke.
Children who are exposed to second hand smoke may develop  frequent respiratory diseases such as chronic coughs,  cold, asthma, pneumonia, bronchietis and sudden infant death depending on the exposure level.
In pregnant women,it's dangerous to the developing baby and the mother,it can result in premature delivery, low birth weight and still birth. The graeter the mother inhales the smoke, the danger it is to the baby.
Avoid being around people who are smoking and try to convince them to quit.Anyone who smokes should do it outside, away from people.Your home should be smoke free for the sake of your kids.
