GRAPE AND ITS BENEFITS.

     From red, green, purple grapes to seedless grapes, grape jelly and grape juice. Not forgetting wine and raisins, grapes have much importance to human health.        
Grapes are rich in vitamins A, C, B6 and folate in addition to essential minerals like potassium,  calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, and selenium.
