As a beginner,it is best you start your walk at an easy pace for the first day.Walk at an easy pace for 4 to 5 minutes.Stretch your calves and hamstrings for few minutes. Repeat the walk for another 4 to 5 minutes.It may be tempting to do more but try not to do so.Start slowly today and increase it the subsequent days.Remember to rest when tired,please don't move too fast and don't expect quick results.You might be discouraged.
