I am a known hypertensive for years now. I do well not to skip my medication despite my busy schedules at home as a house wife. I exercise two to three times a week by simply taking a scroll with my husband. During our walks we talk about almost everything just as we used to when we were dating.
I always almost feel like a teenager with the things he says and does. This has helped me to rule out emotional stress that affected my blood pressure. I feel so much better now with my husband's most cheapest treatment (laughter) he gives to me.
